The fee for a therapeutic hour includes the time in session, along with preparation, record keeping and processing. Although our fees are consistent with the established rates of other mental health professionals in Toronto and surrounding area, we do believe in making counselling attainable and affordable for everyone. The Centre for Cognitive & Behavioural Change makes a concerted effort to make affordable helping services available to all in need by offering a sliding scale to accommodate personal needs and ensuring our services are recognized and accepted by extended health plan coverage. Payment for service is due at the end of every session and a receipt is given when payment is received. Please retain this receipt for your insurance or income tax claims, if applicable. Fees may be paid by cash or cheque.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required when you cancel an appointment. The full-rate applies to ‘no-show’ or for a cancellation of less than 24 hours prior to the start of the service.
